How much does Check cost?

You choose your preferred payment method when registering. To verify it, €0.01 will be temporarily charged. Your rides are automatically charged via direct debit once a month for the previous month, between the first and fifth business day of the month. If your total exceeds €25, we charge it immediately.

When and how do I pay for my ride?

You can use an NS-Business Card to pay for business Check rides. Make sure your employer has activated Check on your card. Then go to Account, choose Payment, open the Business section and add your NS Business Card by entering the card number and confirming. Before each ride, select this card to pay. This is only possible if your employer allows it.

Can I use a NS-Business card as payment method?

Check Pro is a monthly subscription for €4.99 that gives you extra features in the app. Payment is automatic, and you can cancel anytime. Rides with an NS Business Card or Shuttel still include unlock fees.Benefits<ul data-start="573" data-end="1062">

What is Check pro?

If your invoice is incorrect, contact us via support@ridecheck.app or through the chat in the app. Please do not refund the payment yourself, as this may lead to additional costs.

What should I do if my invoice is incorrect?

There is no minimum ride time, so you can rent a vehicle for as short as you like. Each vehicle has a maximum ride time: for mopeds and e-bikes, this is 100 minutes, while for cars it is the duration you select when creating your trip. Exceeding the maximum may result in additional charges. If a ride continues far beyond the maximum, we may end it early, which could involve extra fees. We will always make multiple attempts to contact you before doing so.
