Am I insured when riding with Check?

<p>In an emergency, call 112 immediately and report the incident. If you only damaged your own vehicle, take photos and send them via the app in the chat.<br>If a third party is involved, take photos, call 112 if needed, and report the damage via<a href="http://www.mobielschademelden.nl"> <span class="wysiwyg-underline">www.mobielschademelden.nl</span></a> (Check as the leasing company). Please send us the PDF from mobielschademelden so we can forward it directly to Allianz. This ensures your claim is processed quickly and correctly. </p><p>Mopeds are insured with a €500 deductible and cars with €1000. For e-bikes, any damage is covered under your personal liability insurance.</p>

What should I do in case of an accident or damage?

<p>You are responsible for any municipal fines, for example for parking incorrectly or driving on restricted roads, such as riding a moped on a bike lane or on the wrong side of the street. Fines may be transferred to your name or charged through Check, including administration costs.</p>

What happens if I get a municipal fine?

<p data-start="294" data-end="495">If you follow the rules, you don’t need to worry about extra costs. Extra fees can apply in cases of misuse, misconduct, or damage. These costs are in addition to normal ride fees or legal liability.</p><p data-start="497" data-end="683">Pay attention: accidents under the influence of alcohol or drugs void your standard deductible (€500 for mopeds, €1000 for cars).
