During registration you choose your payment method. To verify the payment method, €0.01 will be debited. The outstanding amount is debited once a month between the first and fifth business day of each new month, unless the amount exceeds €25. Then we will debit it immediately.

How can I pay?

Periodically, at the beginning of each new month, the rides you have driven the previous month will be charged. Unless the amount exceeds €25. Then we charge immediately.

When do I pay for my ride?

This is certainly possible! Log in and click on "payment" in the menu under "settings". To verify the payment method, € 0.01 will be debited from your payment account, which you will be refunded within a few days.

Can I change my payment details?

If the invoice is incorrect, you can contact us at support@ridecheck.app. We kindly request you not to refund payments, as this will lead to higher costs.

What should I do if the invoice is incorrect?

You will receive an invoice from us via email for each trip. You can also find the invoice for your rides in the app under “my rides”.

Will I receive an invoice?

You can use an NS Business Card to pay for business Check trips. This is how it works:

<li>Make sure your employer activates Check on your NS Business Card</li>
<li>Go to Account &gt; Payment &gt; Business &gt; add NS Business Card</li>
<li>Enter your card number and confirm</li>
<li>Select your card before the trip to pay this way</li>
</ol>
Note: this is only possible if your employer allows it

Add NS Business Card as payment method?

As long as you stick to the rules, you needn’t worry about extra costs, however in some cases Check will charge you extra. These costs are in addition to costs of a different nature, such as on the basis of legal liability. Pay attention! In the event of an accident caused under the influence of alcohol or drugs, your deductible of € 500 will lapse. You will then be fully liable for all resulting costs.
